How we ship

Orders placed with Garnly are packed and shipped by one of our Norwegian member yarn shops on behalf of Garnly. The shop that ships your order is shown in the order confirmation. We ship with PostNord to a parcel locker or pick-up point near you.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard shipping in Norway: NOK 79, normally 2 to 5 working days.
International: NOK 500, normally 5 to 10 working days. Customs duties and taxes outside Norway are paid by the recipient.

The shipping cost and expected delivery time are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Several parcels

If one shop does not have everything you ordered, your order may arrive in more than one parcel from different shops. This does not cost you anything extra.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel is shipped, and PostNord notifies you by text message when it is ready for collection. Please enter your mobile number at checkout. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, email us at hei@garnly.no.
